Job Title: SAP / SAC Cloud Administrator

Location: Mississauga, ON

Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Position Overview:

Our client, a leading organization committed to operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, is seeking a SAP / SAC Cloud Administrator to join their Eastern Canada Finance team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a results-oriented analytics professional with a passion for technology and financial reporting.

This role will work in close partnership with the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to design, support, and optimize SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, models, and planning tools that support business performance across Canada.

As the SAP / SAC Cloud Administrator, you will play a vital role in empowering the finance team to make faster, smarter decisions. From building dashboards to automating data flows and streamlining reporting, your technical expertise will help drive strategic insights and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain SAC dashboards, input templates, and visualizations to support financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Translate complex technical SAC functions into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to automate reporting processes and enhance data accessibility.
  • Leverage the SAC Excel Add-in for advanced ad hoc queries and dynamic reporting.
  • Administer SAC functions such as security, workflows, business process flows, and data models.
  • Support FP&A in the preparation of country-level reporting and scenario analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure regular validation of key metrics in reports and dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics, modeling, and report delivery.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for finance users interacting with SAC.
  • Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards, promoting a culture of care and accountability

Job Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 57 years of professional experience in financial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the SAC Excel Add-in.
  • Familiarity with BPC or prior involvement in BPC support projects is preferred.
  • Advanced reporting, dashboarding, and modeling skills; comfort using AI features for automation.
  • Experience training users and building learning tools for BI environments.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • CPA designation or progress toward designation is a strong asset but not required.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $85,000 $100,000 per year, based on experience.
