Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Type: Temporary/Permanent
Salary: $25 to $31.00/hour
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our Burlington head office. This is a 3-month temporary position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistics
Submit and track expenses
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Manage office purchases and supplies, including filing of corporate registration changes
Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed
Handle front-desk reception duties and manage day-to-day office needs (e.g., ordering milk, cream, sugar, etc.)
Support with administrative tools and systems; Concur and MinuteBox experience considered an asset
Qualifications:
2+ years in an executive or administrative assistant role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Concur and/or MinuteBox is a strong asset
Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
