Our client is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable lawyers to join their team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in practice with a strong background in estate law, demonstrating the ability to handle a variety of cases. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues with empathy and professionalism. An existing client base is preferred.

Duties

· Represent clients in estate law matters.

· Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws.

· Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.

· Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with opposing counsel.

· Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications while adhering to confidentiality standards.

· Provide clients with clear guidance on their rights and options throughout the legal process.
