As our digital infrastructure expands, we are seeking a Project Manager (IT Projects) to support high-priority initiatives in coordination with our Technical Lead and the IT team members.
This role is ideal for a technical project lead who thrives in execution, cross-team collaboration, and agile implementation — without being burdened by HR or people management functions.
?? Role OverviewAs the Project Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of key IT projects — from digital infrastructure upgrades to systems integration and platform rollouts. You will serve as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, but without direct supervisory or HR responsibilities.
??? Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with IT leads to scope, prioritize, and execute technology projects
Create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and manage stakeholder communications
Oversee timelines, budgets, and dependencies across multiple technical workstreams
Liaise with vendors, consultants, and third-party platforms to ensure technical alignment
Document and present project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership teams
Support internal process development to enhance IT systems scalability and reliability
Maintain a strong execution focus with accountability for delivery — not staffing or HR oversight
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience managing or coordinating IT and software-related projects
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
Familiarity with cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems, or systems integration projects
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
Hands-on technical experience or the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
Understanding of enterprise IT operations, APIs, cybersecurity protocols, and IT compliance standards
