Job Overview
We're looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to help us manage freight shipments. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling deliveries, talking to drivers and customers, and keeping everything on track. You should be good with computers, able to handle multiple tasks, and communicate clearly.

What You'll Do

• Answer and make phone calls to plan and coordinate shipments

• Use transportation software to track trucks and plan the best delivery routes

• Enter shipment details accurately into the system

• Work with drivers and customers to make sure deliveries go smoothly

• Keep records organized, like delivery papers and shipping logs

• Watch for delays or issues and help solve them quickly

• Look at shipping data to help improve operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus

• Clear and professional phone communication

• Familiar with freight, shipping, or warehouse work

• Comfortable using software

• Good at typing and multitasking

• Pays close attention to details

• Can stay calm and solve problems under pressure
