What This Role Is
This is a frontline sales position. Your key responsibility is to drive sales through customer engagement, product education, and relationship-building. We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in retail or health-related sales, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for natural health.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales by actively recommending and promoting products based on customers' individual needs

• Build trusted relationships with clients through knowledgeable, consultative service

• Stay current on natural health products, supplements, and wellness trends

• Support in-store merchandising and maintain a welcoming retail environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience
