Are you energized by the idea of using your amazing analytical, accounting & people leadership skills within a highly regarded organization? Our client's brand is truly one you will be proud of. An exciting period of change for our BC client has created the opportunity for us to find a passionate change-agent and technically strong CPA for this Director, Finance role.

As a key member of this dynamic head office group, this role will work strategically with all lines of business while supporting the Senior Director as a key leader and contributor to the innovation of the financial reporting and FP&A functions. You will lead & mentor two professional direct reports and help them grow and excel in their careers, and assist them with mentoring their respective teams.

Just as important, you love to ‘tell the story' and get buy-in from various business groups from within the organization for the strategic initiatives you suggest as well as financial and management reports you deliver. You know how to read the room and communicate appropriately while demonstrating the value-add of any new initiative.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join this well known, highly regarded, and evolving non-profit. You are able to make the role your own and be involved in everything from identifying opportunities for improvements to having a seat at the table discussing options and approaches with a group of people who are focused, fun and very passionate about their cause (as you will be).

Our client offers an excellent hybrid work culture with great work-life balance, flexibility, no-emails weekends and a team of really nice, humble and very dedicated people. Please apply quickly if you wish to be considered as this opportunity will not be available for long.
