Clinical Receptionist Needed
We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as Clinical Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients, successful candidates will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
The candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
Greeting Patients and Visitors:
Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and direction as needed, and ensuring a positive first impression.
Scheduling Appointments:
Schedule and confirm appointments , consultations and clinic service appointments.
Managing Client Records:
Maintain and prepare client's files and ensuring confidentiality.
Track clients' service sessions and keep Clinic Director updated
Answering Phone Calls:
Answer incoming phone calls, screen and route calls to the appropriate clinic member, take messages, and provide information to callers regarding appointment and other inquiries.
Assisting with Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, and updating daily log book
Coordinating with Staff:
Communicate effectively with staff to relay client information, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and address patient concerns or requests.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Orderliness:
Ensure the reception area, waiting room, and front desk area are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, removing clutter, replenish
ing supplies.
