Hiring Office Admin for one of our clients in Mississauga, ON
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicates directly with team members and guests in person and by telephone to handle their concerns and issues.
- Ensuring to pass on to the appropriate manager when necessary
- Create and maintain vehicle sales files in compliance with provincial standards; audit, compile, and coordinate signing for sale documentation packages.
- Order supplies, scan documents, and maintain general office upkeep to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Address and resolve complex issues related to documentation requirements from third-party financial institutions, including unique scenarios that may arise.
- Work closely with the Deal Operations, Revenue, and Finance teams to coordinate the timely and accurate completion of documentation.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary training or relevant experience in tourism or hospitality management would be preferred
- Knowledge in MS office (outlook, word, excel)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage their time effectively with little supervision
Shift Timings: 9 am-5:30 pm
Payrate: $17.20 per hour
