The Role:

Were looking for a Director of Product who can drive strategic product initiatives, lead with customer insight, and help scale our product organization as we continue to expand the business. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear growth path in the business.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. We operate in a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and two optional days at home (Wednesday and Friday). If you're passionate about driving revenue (not just leads), breaking traditional marketing silos, and proving that growth marketing is more than just attribution models, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and the evolving K12 landscape.
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of product managers and designers.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Market and Customer Success to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences that delight customers and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on company-level priorities, roadmaps, OKRs, and long-term vision.
  • Establish and champion data-informed decision makingleveraging usage data, user research, and market trends.
  • Stay deeply informed on compliance, privacy (FERPA/COPPA), funding models, and buyer personas in the K12 ecosystem.
  • Drive a continuous feedback loop with districts, educators, and internal teams to improve user outcomes.
  • Help shape the product organizations culture, processes, and structure as we scale.

Who You Are

  • 710+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ in a leadership role.
  • Proven success building and scaling SaaS productsideally in B2B environments.
  • Deep understanding of K12 education systems, users (educators, admin, IT), and procurement processes or demonstrable experience in adapting to new industries quickly.
  • Track record of developing and executing strategic product roadmaps with measurable impact.
  • Strong leadership and communication skillsyou can rally teams and influence stakeholders of all levels across departments.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing PMs and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and curiousyou combine qualitative insights with data to make smart decisions.
  • Excited by ambiguity and growth; capable of owning VP-level scope and contributing at the executive table.
