A back of house job. Requires dishwashing and preparing back ups.

Duties:

· Provide kitchen and service staff with an ongoing supply of clean dishes, utensils and equipment

· Keep the dishwashing area organized with areas for stacking and presoaking

· Help with wiping tables and some light stocking

· Follow safety procedures, e.g. for lifting, use of chemicals etc.

· Assist in the kitchen or prep area as needed

· Clean and maintain the restroom.

· Other duties and tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

· Willing to work in a fast paced environment

· Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required

· Kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required

· Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand on feet for long period of time
