As a Hardscape Foreman, you'll be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and leadership on-site. Your expertise will guide a team of skilled professionals in bringing high-end outdoor designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee & lead hardscape construction teams on high-end outdoor projects
• Execute precision grading, gravel installation, and sod laying
• Install interlock pavers, flagstone, armor stone, and custom stonework
• Build & install custom-designed luxury swimming pools
• Handle concrete pads, pool bottoms, and high-finish detailing
• Operate advanced machinery including excavators, skid steers, tampers, and saws
• Ensure on-time project completion while maintaining top-tier quality
• Install drainage systems and manage grading, trenching, and excavation
• Coordinate materials & equipment, ensuring efficient workflow
• Train & mentor team members, promoting a strong work ethic and craftsmanship

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in hardscape, stonework, interlock, or construction. 3 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing on-site crews
• Expertise in high-end landscape construction (pools, stonework, grading)
• Valid G-class driver's license & reliable transportation
• Ability to work in all weather conditions while maintaining high standards
• Commitment to year-round, full-time work
