Senior Warehousing Manager
The Senior Warehousing Manager oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The role ensures productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly. This leader will manage a team of warehouse staff, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce warehouse operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Optimize warehouse layout, product storage, and material handling processes.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment time, and shipping errors.
• Manage warehouse budget, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies and lean warehousing principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and WMS/ERP systems.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive improvements.
• Experience in lean warehousing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Salary 140-165,000 depending on experience.
