As they expand, they are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to support the operations and help drive our continued success.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager and operations team by ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This newly created position requires a highly organized, resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks ranging from administrative duties to tenant communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal office needs and tenant inquiries
  • Support the operations team with scheduling, document management, and project coordination
  • Maintain accurate records including lease documents, vendor contracts, and compliance files
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance schedules, and service requests
  • Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing communications
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Help prepare reports, correspondence, and materials for meetings
  • Manage social media outreach, and company website
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and with external stakeholders
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of administrative or office management experience (property management or real estate a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic database systems
  • Experience working in a small team or startup-style environment is preferred
