Our company is currently seeking a Tax/Accounting/bookkeeping/Office manager to join our team! You will be responsible for Bookkeeping, preparing T1 and T2, answering calls, and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Book Keeping (QBO, QB, SAGE 50, Xero, WISE etc.)
- T1 and T2 preparation on Profile
- Preparing Financial statements
- Payroll processing
- Customer relationships
- Office Management
- Answering Calls
Qualifications:
- Profile software for T1 and T2
- Quick books and Quick books online
- Sage 50, WISE and Xero.
- Payroll Processing using Quick books
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Great communication skills
- Customer oriented.
