Position: Sales Coordinator. Education: University or College Degree required from an accredited institution.Experience as Sales Coordinator:
  • 2-3 Years.
  • Experience in Food Manufacturing Industry is MUST.
Toronto-based food manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be the key representative of the Company and an integral part of the order intake and shipping of orders. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer orders are input and processed efficiently. While providing excellent customer service, Sales Coordinator will be required to assist the Sales team in communicating order updates to the customers.
Some Responsibilities Include:
  • Work with Sales Operations Manager to meet any customer requests/sales administrative duties including but not limited to customer account setup, providing order status updates, and dealing with all incoming emails and calls.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, related to the delivery of goods.
  • Request samples with Quality Assurance and ensure couriers or company transport is organized, based on customer requests.
  • Liaison with Supply Chain and Logistics team.
  • Assist Marketing and Sales in implementing and monitoring approved programs.
  • Maintain customer database, binder updates (pricing), folder updates for new account maintenance.
  • Support existing and new customer contracts, tenders, listing forms (completing documents).

Main requirements for this position:
  • University degree or college diploma from accredited institutions, preferably majoring in Business or Marketing.
  • Must have hands-on experience in SAP or related ERP systems.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as a sales and marketing assistant or related roles in the Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Must possess good customer service, communication, and teamwork.
  • Must have good organizational and problem-solving skills.
