Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by selling new and used agricultural equipment
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and grow customer relationships to increase revenue
• Promote additional products and services offered by the company to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with operating equipment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity that may impact customer decisions
• Attend trade shows, training sessions, and community events to stay engaged with customers and promote the company's brand
• Maintain current knowledge of products and equipment features to assist customers with their purchasing decisions

Skills and Knowledge:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in agriculture or equipment sales
• A strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with farming practices and Precision Agriculture is an asset
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and the farming industry is an advantage
