About the Clinic:
This innovative ADHD clinic combines medical and behavioral services to assess and treat focusing challenges in children, adolescents, and adults. The multidisciplinary team of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals specializes in attention difficulties and works closely under one roof to deliver unified treatment.
We are seeking collaborative, patient-focused Psychiatrists to join our multidisciplinary team in supporting a diverse range of clinical profiles, including ADHD, ASD, and other comorbidities such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma.
- Conduct A195 consultations with K630 extenders.
- Perform short-term K198 follow-ups.
- Manage one-off consultations for returning patients requiring medical support.
- Work with patients referred exclusively by primary care physicians.
- Join assessment teams to provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations and same-day treatment plans through the clinic's proprietary One-Day Assessment Model.
- Schedule: One (1) day per week (8-hour shift) with the opportunity to increase hours based on business needs.
- Compensation:
- Retain all OHIP billings.
- $225 per hour for time not covered by OHIP (e.g., internal meetings, paperwork, no-shows).
- No-shows compensated at OHIP rates.
- Retain all OHIP billings.

- Skilled administrative support provided.
- No overhead fees charged by the clinic.
- $5,000 signing bonus for psychiatrists who join remotely, and a $10,000 signing bonus for those willing to commit to one day per week in person.
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) with specialized training in mental health/psychiatry.
- Experience with ASD is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
