We are looking for an individual to join our team as an Entry Level Manager and learn the business from day one! At Lion Star Consulting we ensure all new trainees have the necessary leadership, industry knowledge, and skills training to successfully build a strong foundation to excel as an Entry Level Manager.
Our Entry Level Managers will assist Senior Business Managers, leading in-person sales and marketing efforts in priority markets to maintain our client's status as the top provider in the Saskatoon region. The Entry Level Manager is responsible for meeting our clientele delivering exceptional sales support to grow our customer base.
Entry Level Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Influence our brand culture through direct customer interaction, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the sales process
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of performance including, but not limited to metrics and behaviors related to the customer experience
- Attend team meetings, huddles, and one-on-one development sessions
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, management, and teammates
- Provide direction and support to our customer service and sales teams
- Develop new business to expand client account portfolio to achieve profitable sales growth
- Participate in professional development networking conferences, and inspire employees to demonstrate a student mindset
Preferred Skills and Experience of the Entry Level Manager:
- 1-2 years previous supervisory experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, business management, business development, and related industries is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate policies, procedures, systems, and project plans with the team
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and work situations
- Leadership presence with the drive and commitment to career advancement
- High school diploma or GED required
