Were growingand were looking for a personable and technically skilled Wealth Advisor to join our new division,RLB Wealth, in partnership withTriCert. In this role, youll play a key part in delivering trusted financial planning services to our long-standing RLB accounting and tax clients. Youll work directly with clients to develop tailored, comprehensive financial plans and collaborate with both internal and external advisors to ensure seamless implementationalways keeping the clients needs at the heart of every plan.

What Youll Be Doing
Client Financial Planning
- Support the creation and delivery of custom financial plans for clients, in partnership with TriCert or external investment professionals.
- Participate in client meetings to present plans and guide implementation.
- Track progress on plans and help ensure clients stay on track with their goals.
- Provide objective, independent advice with the clients best interest at heart.
Internal Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with our internal accounting and tax teams to identify client opportunities and ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Help raise awareness of Wealth services within the firm and participate in internal learning and collaboration.
Client Experience & Relationship Building
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and document activity in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients proactively to address needs, gaps, or questions in their plan.
- Assist in hosting educational events or appreciation initiatives.
Who You Are
- A current/developing Wealth Advisor or Financial Planner who really enjoys creating financial plans.
- Detailed orientated and technically sound and able to confidently explain financial concepts to clients in a way thats warm, clear, and easy to understand.
- A team player who loves collaborating with others and building strong relationships.
- Passionate about helping clients make smart decisions and gain peace of mind.
Qualifications
- CFP designation (or close to completion)
- 35 years of experience in financial planning, client service, or advisory roles
- Experience working in a multi-advisor or team-based environment is preferred
- Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems (Conquest)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (asset)
- CIM, CPA, or CFA designations are an asset but not required
