Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by selling new and used agricultural equipment
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and grow customer relationships to increase revenue
- Promote additional products and services offered by the company to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with operating equipment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity that may impact customer decisions
- Attend trade shows, training sessions, and community events to stay engaged with customers and promote the company's brand
- Maintain current knowledge of products and equipment features to assist customers with their purchasing decisions
- Previous sales experience, preferably in agriculture or equipment sales
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with farming practices and Precision Agriculture is an asset
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and the farming industry is an advantage
