We are seeking a full-time Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Blenheim Ontario. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations. This role requires collaboration with pharmacists and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Wage: Starting at $25 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays

Requirements:
• Completion of a Pharmacy Technician program accredited by the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP).
• Successful completion of Structured Practical Training (SPT) under supervision.
• Passing both the PEBC Pharmacy Technician Qualifying Exam and the Ontario Jurisprudence Exam.
• Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy legislation, technical dispensing standards, and inventory control.
• Commitment to continuing education and adherence to professional standards.
Responsibilities:
• Process and transcribe prescriptions accurately.
• Conduct final technical checks on prepared medications.
• Prepare, compound, label, and dispense medications.
• Manage and verify incoming inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records for controlled substances and regulated medications.
• Update patient information and assist with third-party billing and insurance claims.
