About the Role

As Solutions Delivery Lead (Product Owner), youll play a pivotal role in the execution of customer-facing immersive education and training projects. You'll work closely with internal stakeholdersacross product, engineering, and marketingand external project partners to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with measurable impact.

This role demands strategic thinking, meticulous organization, and a solution-oriented mindset. You wont just be managing timelinesyoull be guiding some of the most innovative and impactful training simulation projects in the industry.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of immersive XR education projects, ensuring successful outcomes across internal and external success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical, design) to align on project requirements and timelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams on product and release cycles.
  • Manage diverse external stakeholder groups across healthcare, academia, and government sectorsensuring project clarity, structure, and alignment at every stage.
  • Proactively identify and act on opportunities to expand project reach, improve scalability, and support the business development team in building compelling business cases.
  • Track project progress and provide clear, insightful reporting to Lumetos senior leadership, customers, funders, and investors.
  • Identify risks early and implement practical, innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Support the evolution of Lumetos delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices.

What Youll Need to Succeed

Must-Haves:

  • 35 years of experience in delivering complex, multi-phase projectspreferably in tech, health, edtech, or immersive training.
  • Background or strong familiarity with healthcare training, education delivery, or technology-driven learning platforms.
  • Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and multi-organization consortiums.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-driven approach and the agility to manage shifting priorities.
  • Experience with Delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Scrum, and Kanban)
  • Experience with Product Delivery suite (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iterationyou're energized by the pace of startups.
  • Eligible to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Clearance.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with XR, simulation platforms, or immersive learning technologies.
  • Experience working on government, military, or higher education projects.
  • Exposure to IP disclosures, project reporting to funders, or innovation program compliance.
  • PSPO or PMP certification, or working towards.

Your First 90 Days

  • Take ownership of one or more in-flight customer projects, aligning delivery plans with defined success metrics.
  • Build relationships across the Lumeto team and with external stakeholders.
  • Implement early risk assessments and support reporting to project funders and investors.
  • Contribute to product and process feedback loops, shaping future project delivery models.

How Well Measure Success

  • Successful delivery of customer projectson time, on budget, and against defined metrics.
  • Clear, proactive reporting and communications that drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Early risk identification and resolution through creative, effective solutions.

High levels of customer satisfaction resulting in referrals or expanded engagement.
