- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound appointments.
- Utilize basic accounting tasks.
- Proficiently process customer arrival reports and bill of ladings.
- Review and analyze inbounds and outbounds to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Verify that inspection forms are completed accurately.
- Ensure the office environment is always welcoming and professional.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration and customer service.
- Post secondary education or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent front desk management skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to file documents accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong Communication and typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
