Career Opportunity

Acura Pickering a proud member of Drive Autogroup currently seeking a Service BDC Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position will coordinate and support all efforts to establish an industry-leading “Guest experience” for dealership clientele. This position will be responsible for scheduling service appointments. Vital to this role would be always handling guest inquiries in an efficient and timely manner, as well as working with other departments to develop prompt guest service communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic client services; respond to all inbound emails, telephone and online inquiries
  • Providing timely responses to customer requests
  • Professional and effective communication with customers
  • Generate appointments for current as well as outstanding or lost customers by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Confirm and follow up/reschedule missed appointments
  • Friendly attitude as the first point of contact with any potential client/customer
  • Directing, tracking and fairly distributing all leads and potential customers accordingly
  • After purchase care: Following up with customers who have bought a vehicle and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Update records and enter customer information into data management system
  • Create and filter customer retention list and generate leads to determine if customer vehicle needs have changed
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
  • Able to present products, pricing and estimates that can be easily understood
  • Strong ability addressing and overcoming customer objections
  • Assist with other duties, as assigned by direct manager

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of CDK and/or Xtime a definite asset
  • Ability to utilize several different computer programs at one time
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Automotive knowledge is an asset; however, not necessary
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service in Call Centre environment preferred.
