Responsibilities:
· Able to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
· Assist the Project Manager with the successful full cycle of assigned projects; from start to finish, including payment
· Ensures all project documents are accurately uploaded into internal and external claim systems
· Act as a liaison between the client(s) and the Project Manager to ensure high quality of customer service
· Prepare and/or edit internal scopes of work, estimates, budgets, letters, faxes, and any other communication
· Organize, complete and submit supporting documentation on completion of project, purchase orders, receivables, and other communication
· Invoice accurately with company's protocols
Requirements:
· 3+yrs of Office experience (claims/restoration experience is an asset)
· Expert in customer service both verbally and written
· Manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
· Deadline driven
· Willing to work overtime if needed
· Flexible for some travel
