As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is preferred.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and restaurant environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Comfortable using new software systems and technology.
