- Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to translate business objectives into strategic technology initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance banking operations and customer experiences.
- Ensure seamless integration of banking systems with digital channels, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking technology.
- Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards and security protocols.
- Document and present architectural solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking solutions, and payment processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
