Senior Bridge Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON/HYBRID
A high-performing engineering team is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to support the delivery of complex bridge and civil structure projects, particularly in the rail and transit infrastructure sector. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in structural design and a passion for collaborative project delivery.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead the design of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other civil/railway structures from concept through detailed phases.
• Conduct structural analysis, modeling, and rehabilitation planning.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical development within a growing team.
• Participate in major infrastructure projects including Finch West LRT, ECWE, and Alexandra Bridge replacement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in bridge and infrastructure design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO) in Ontario.
• Proven background in rail and transit-related structural design (Metrolinx experience a strong asset).
• Strong technical modeling and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented with proactive communication and learning mindset.
