Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Implement governance processes.
- Develop and manage project plans, including dependencies and critical paths.
- Identify and manage project dependencies.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with project team members.
- Resolve project issues.
- Assess, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Publish status reports.
- Present at Steering Committee meetings and address concerns.
- Manage Steering Committee logistics and follow-ups.
- Support resource assignment and mobilization.
- Manage project changes and communicate impacts.
- Coach and mentor project team members.
- Ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
- Conduct postmortems and create recommendations.
- Collaborate with Business and Technology peers.
Qualifications
- University degree and related job experience.
- PMP Certification beneficial.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Experience with PMO for large-scale projects.
- Experience in user adoption and product development projects.
- Experience in managing project financials.
- Familiarity with various project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative).
- Proven experience in people management, risk management, change management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in project management software.
