Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Implement governance processes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including dependencies and critical paths.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with project team members.
  • Resolve project issues.
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Publish status reports.
  • Present at Steering Committee meetings and address concerns.
  • Manage Steering Committee logistics and follow-ups.
  • Support resource assignment and mobilization.
  • Manage project changes and communicate impacts.
  • Coach and mentor project team members.
  • Ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Conduct postmortems and create recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Business and Technology peers.

Qualifications

  • University degree and related job experience.
  • PMP Certification beneficial.
  • Experience in IT project management.
  • Experience with PMO for large-scale projects.
  • Experience in user adoption and product development projects.
  • Experience in managing project financials.
  • Familiarity with various project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative).
  • Proven experience in people management, risk management, change management, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
