Oakridge Group Inc. is looking to hire a Janitor in the Collingwood area for a commercial plaza property.

Location: Collingwood, Ontario.Hours: Part-Time. You will be working at a plaza which requires an hour of work per day, 5 days per week. Work to be completed between 4 and 8 am.
Work Days:

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday

Wage: $30 per hour
Job Duties:

• Change all garbage bags on the property
• Pick up litter throughout the site, including landscape areas, loading docks and all parking lot areas.
• Be familiar with the property.
• Be familiar with all trash bins. Know which ones you are able to use as some of these belong strictly to the tenants..
• If a pick-up is missed, report it immediately to Oakridge.
• Ensure that the properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
• Never leave the site untidy!

QUALIFICATIONS AND OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver's License or having reliable transportation to and from the job site is a MUST.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Ability to work outdoors all year.
• Ability to think as a team player.
• Ability to do physical work.
• Tolerance to various weather conditions.
