What's the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Supply Plan for Bradken in the North and South America regions, with an initial focus on regional inventory planning. You will have great communication skills and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for ensuring our core data sets' accuracy and continuous improvement. Regularly, you'll share insights from our weekly processes with Sales, Manufacturing, and Order Fulfilment. By analysing weekly data, you'll swiftly address emerging issues and communicate any mismatches between what we can supply and what is being demanded.
You'll handle production timeline expectations and contribute to future supply plans. Additionally, you'll manage inventory by fine-tuning purchase suggestions (stock levels, order sizes, lead times) and approving forward orders. You'll also track inventory health using key metrics (stock on hand, cost, availability, quality, on-time delivery), improve stock by moving surplus, and resolve late orders and data issues.
