AnyWeather Exterior Cleaning is seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our team for the 2025 season. This is a flexible, seasonal position ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with clients, and having control over their schedule and earnings.

As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality window cleaning services using our modern Tucker water-fed pole systems—easy to learn and safe, with minimal ladder work. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional commission through door-to-door canvassing. For every job you personally sell that is confirmed and completed, you'll receive a 15% commission on the sale value.

Job Details:

• Duration: May 2025 – October 2025

• Hours: Flexible – jobs are posted to a shared calendar, and you can accept based on your availability

• Compensation:

  • $22/hour to start

  • 15% commission on confirmed jobs you personally sell

• Tools Provided: Yes – we supply all cleaning equipment (Tucker water-fed systems)

• Territory: Majority in Langford, with growing presence in Saanich and Victoria

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle

• Ability to work independently and professionally represent our company

• Comfortable with light physical work and being outdoors throughout the day

• Friendly, positive attitude – we value team culture and customer satisfaction

• Sales experience is an asset but not required – we will train you
