What youll be doing:

• Leading the Team: Supervise and coordinate all service shop activities, ensuring work is completed on time and to meet both Hyundai and Genesis OEM standards.
• Mentorship: Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to service technicians, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Technical Expertise: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to assist technicians with complex repairs.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs before releasing equipment to customers.
• Customer Interaction: Assist with customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: In a service shop environment and in a leadership role.
• Technical Know-How: Strong technical knowledge of Hyundai brand
• Certifications: ASE certification, OEM certifications, or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using service software, diagnostic tools, and computer systems.
• Safety Compliance: Strong commitment to workplace safety and best practices.
