Job Responsibilities:

• Install or replace commercial roofing systems such as TPO
• Install barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
• Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing systems
• Completion of roofing systems on new construction projects and re-roofing projects
• Assist and help other team members with job requirements if needed
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and follow safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• 3 5 years of experience as a Foreman in commercial flat Roofing
• Experience with TPO roofing applications
• Ability to be a dependable team player
• Have a valid Drivers license and a reliable method of transportation
• Skilled in the use of hot air heat welders, robot welders, tear-off equipment, hydraulic hoists, and other roofing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and detect leaks
• Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
• Knowledge of the health and safety regulations
• Access to tools/equipment and safety gear!
• Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel out of town as needed
