About this Role:

The Rental Vehicle Logistics & Cleaning Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day movement, allocation, and maintenance of rental vehicles to ensure fleet availability, optimal utilization, and customer satisfaction. This role involves delivering clean vehicles to the Deer Lake Airport.

We are currently seeking a responsible and motivated individual to join our team in Pasadena or Deer Lake. The selected candidate will be reliable, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage vehicle logistics and movements between locations
  • Deliver and pick up vehicles at Deer Lake Airport
  • Take photos of the vehicles upon delivery and ensure keys are handed over to airport security as instructed
  • Keep vehicles clean and presentable for customer use
  • Monitor and follow the app for job updates, assignments, and changes in schedule
  • Keep customers happy by providing excellent service and a smooth vehicle handover
  • Schedule and monitor regular vehicle maintenance and service appointments
  • Report any issues, damages, or delays to the supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License (Newfoundland and Labrador)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed
  • Familiarity with mobile apps and ability to follow digital task lists
  • Previous experience in vehicle logistics or cleaning is considered an asset but not required.
