We are looking for a Media Associate, Programmatic with a strong background in digital media buying to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in programmatic media buying and be well-versed in managing digital campaigns across various platforms. A background working in an agency environment is required, as this role demands strong collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media buying strategies across programmatic channels to drive results for clients. You'll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, using your expertise to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across platforms
- Develop and implement effective programmatic strategies to meet client goals, including performance KPIs like lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms including display, video, mobile, native, and social media channels.
- Leverage audience segmentation, data insights, and advanced targeting to ensure campaigns are effectively reaching the right audience at the right time.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring they are optimized for cost efficiency while meeting performance goals.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients, including recommendations to improve outcomes and drive better ROI.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data, adjusting targeting, creative, and bidding strategies as needed.
- Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative execution, and performance goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in programmatic advertising, digital media, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, with a strong understanding of programmatic media technologies.
- Must have a background in an agency environment, working with multiple clients and managing large-scale digital campaigns.
- Proficient in working with programmatic platforms (especially Trade Desk and DV 360) and Understanding of complementary platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads for integrated campaign strategies.
- Proven ability to build, optimize, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Native, and Audio.
- Familiarity with first-party, third-party, and contextual data targeting strategies, including lookalike audiences and retargeting.
- Knowledge of implementing brand safety measures, including pre-bid filters, whitelist/blacklist creation, and fraud detection.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot campaign issues such as low delivery, pacing, or discrepancies across platforms.
- Understanding of programmatic ecosystem components, such as SSPs, ad exchanges, and tracking methodologies (e.g., pixels, tags, post-backs).
- Experience in managing and optimizing budgets to maximize ROI or meet client KPIs.
- Proficiency with ad trafficking platforms especially Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), including setting up tracking, managing creative assets, and ensuring accurate campaign delivery and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and using campaign insights to optimize media buys and drive results.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including display, video, mobile, and native advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings, strategies, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or other reporting and analytics tools.
