Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years specializing in cutover planning and execution for large-scale ERP or system transformation projects.
- Prior experience in managing complex cutover strategies across multiple workstreams.
- Proven track record in large-scale IT system migrations, enterprise application rollouts, or cloud transformations.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Expertise in cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live support for ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other enterprise platforms).
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data migration strategies, and business continuity planning.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent project tracking tools.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and third-party vendors, to develop and execute cutover plans.
- Skilled in risk assessment, dependency mapping, and issue resolution during cutover activities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage leadership and key stakeholders throughout the transition process.
