Join a well-established, owner-managed equipment service provider based in Brampton, ON, serving major grocery chains, healthcare institutions, and school boards across the GTA. With over 25 years in business, the company is now bringing its finance function in-house—making this a prime opportunity to step into a leadership role during a transformative period.

This is a hands-on, high-impact Controller role within a lean and loyal team. You'll lead the internal accounting function, manage a small finance and invoicing staff, and work closely with the owner to drive operational efficiency, oversee payroll, and utilize QuickBooks Advanced, while supporting a new ERP rollout. If you're an experienced CPA from a private, small-to-midsize environment who thrives in an owner-operated setting and wants to make a tangible impact, this is a rare opportunity to lead, streamline, and grow with a stable and respected company.

This is a hands-on, on-site role offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a lasting impact in a stable, service-oriented business.
