BRC Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Manager, Birchwood Reconditioning Centre

Job Summary:

The Reconditioning Advisor Lead plays a key leadership role within the Reconditioning Centre, responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the department. In addition to performing core duties such as opening and closing vehicle repair orders, managing Manitoba Safety Reports, and preparing vehicle delivery documentation, this role includes leading the reconditioning advisors and drivers, providing guidance, ensuring workflow efficiency, and upholding high standards of quality control. The Advisor Lead will assess vehicle damage, advise on appropriate repairs, go on monthly visits to the stores, and ensure all processes align with company goals and compliance requirements. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong grasp of the automotive reconditioning process, exceptional customer service, and a desire to lead a high-performing team.

Shift Details: Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in office administration and team leadership

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities

• Transportation to and from work is required, as the location is not on a bus route
