Position Overview: We are seeking a self motivated and experienced Hospitality Sales Professional who will become a part of our team as a Corporate Housing Sales Representative selling modern luxurious, fully furnished and fully serviced suites. This person has to be charismatic, charming and fun as well as responsible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and retail clients. This role requires a personable approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their short term and long term housing needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, qualify, and close new corporate housing accounts through a variety of lead generation techniques including high volume of cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients, understanding their housing requirements and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional service delivery for clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively demonstrate the value of our corporate housing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Strong B2B experience required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-10 years experience in sales.
- College Business Degree, Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree.
- Ability to close a large amount of business in person and on email.
- Administration of inquiries, lease agreements, customer service, qualifying accepting payments.
- Highly skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Naturally articulate and persuasive in conversations.
- Proven track record of success sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English, strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Hospitality industry experience would be a huge asset for the role.
- Problem solving and customer service experience are an advantage.
