We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will serve as a dynamic leader for the Indigo brand, overseeing the delivery of professional parking management services to our valued clients and customers with passion and dedication.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cultivating client relationships, enhancing business retention, and driving overall profitability.
  • Ensure the implementation and fulfillment of contractual obligations between Indigo and clients.
  • Take charge of projects, programs, and emerging initiatives within the operations.
  • Overseeing the month-end procedures, including invoicing for all locations as necessary.
  • Oversee and validate monthly revenue deposits from operational sites.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports as needed; contribute to budget planning, stock auditing, purchasing, and expense approvals.
  • Lead, organize, schedule, train, and guide team activities.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department on recruitment, terminations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Management or Supervisory capacity
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operational or Sales role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in team building and leadership
  • Previous experience in managing and negotiating service contracts
  • Excellent professional communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency and timeliness
