Responsibilities

• Lead your two-person cleaning team to deliver thorough, detail-focused service: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and more.

• Recruit and onboard additional two-person teams to expand your service capacity.

• Maintain quality standards. Ensure each home meets our five-star checklist within the scheduled timeframe.

• Use the Jobber app to view assignments, record completion details, and submit invoices.

Requirements

• Independent-contractor status: Manage your own taxes, WSIB (if applicable), and business licensing.

• Commercial general liability insurance (min. $2 million).

• Reliable transportation and your own cleaning supplies (we provide branded uniforms).

• Smartphone with data plan for app-based scheduling and updates.

• Leadership experience: Ability to manage, train, and support small teams.

• Background check and two professional references.

• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
