Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brake Press Setup Operator to join. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC brake press machines to produce high-quality precision metal components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine machine setup and production specifications.
Select appropriate tooling and materials for each job.
Conduct first article inspections and make adjustments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as necessary.
Ensure work meets quality standards and production timelines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.
