We're a rapidly growing studio where focus is on high quality client service & creating a team of talented professionals.
Role Overview & Responsibilities:

• We're seeking an experienced sugaring & waxing trainer who will train WaxKitty™ employees.
• You will train a new esthetician - (who possess basic aesthetics certifications and some waxing experience) to deliver sugaring & waxing (services across all body areas).
• You will use your skills and experience plus a WaxKitty structured manual + videos to train.
• Lead hands‑on training workshops covering women and men, with focus on women services.
  • Brazilian sugaring & Waxing.
  • Bum and bum cheek areas sugaring & waxing.
  • Underarms sugaring and waxing.
  • Legs sugaring & waxing.
  • Arms sugaring & waxing.
  • Face sugaring and waxing.
  • Eyebrow waxing.
  • Back sugaring and waxing.
• You will train new trainees in all process of client sugaring and waxing experience.
  • How to greet the client.
  • How to prepare the room.
  • How to talk to clients during service.
  • How to do service properly.
  • What to do when sugar or wax is stuck during sugaring or waxing.
  • What to do when a client is sweating and the room is hot.
  • What to do after service.
  • How to clean and prepare the room for services for the next client.
  • Time management during service.
  • Train employees on WaxKitty's hygiene, sanitation, and client‑care protocols.
• Using our proprietary hair removal manual plus your own best practices, you'll ensure every trainee is ready to uphold WaxKitty's high standards of quality, safety, and client care.
• Your job is to ensure trainees are ready to perform all services without issues.
• A successful trainer will work in collaborating with management on continuous curriculum improvements & serve as the go‑to expert for product knowledge & trouble shooting technique inquiries from trainees.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.5 years of professional sugaring and waxing experience, including brazilian sugaring and waxing hair removal services.
• Manzilian experience is preferred.
• Experience in training or mentoring estheticians in a spa or salon setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, able to teach both novice and intermediate learners.
• Detail‑oriented, with a passion for elevating standards of care and client satisfaction.
• Availability to train on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  

Note: Training runs over a three‑day program, so you'll need to be available three days to train new estheticians.
Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $50 - $55 / hour (commensurate with experience) or $1200 / sugaring & waxing full training session.
• Train up to 3 estheticians per session.
• Opportunity for Long term collaboration: This is a long‑term, as‑needed training—approximately 24 hours of training per up-to 3 estheticians.
