We are looking to hire a Planner to is fluent in Spanish to assist with route delivery management and delivery capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Delivery Management: Route last-mile delivery orders efficiently to ensure timely and successful customer deliveries.
On-Time Delivery: Track and monitor deliveries to ensure that all orders are completed on time, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve road issues or any delivery-related challenges to maintain smooth operations.
Capacity Planning: Ensure all delivery routes are adequately covered by planning and managing delivery capacity effectively.
Cost and Quality Monitoring: Monitor the cost and quality performance of last-mile deliveries, identifying any inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights and performance reports to the regional team to drive operational improvements and cost savings.
Collaboration: Work closely with delivery drivers, team members, and regional leadership to improve processes and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Spanish

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery coordination is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
