SUMMARY
The Private Chauffeur will be responsible for transporting the principal, family members, and guests to various locations in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. The Private Chauffeur should ensure the vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and always presentable.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provide safe and secure transportation to and from destinations.
  
• Plan routes to ensure the most efficient journey.
  
• Assist passengers in entering and exiting the vehicle and help with any luggage.
  
• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness both inside and out.
  
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained properly and coordinate timely servicing and repairs.
  
• Be available on-call for unscheduled drives.
  
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  
• Abide by all traffic laws and regulations.
  
• Keep accurate records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and always demonstrate professionalism.
  
• Perform various errands and deliveries as needed.
  

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  
• Extensive knowledge of local and surrounding areas.
  
• Experience as a private chauffeur.
  
• Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with GPS devices.
  
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving conditions.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Flexibility with working hours; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist passengers as necessary.
  
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
