Our client, a highly respected commercial property ownership and management firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Administrator to join their team at a Class A property in Burnaby. This position has become available due to the company's continued growth and expansion.
About the Role
As the Commercial Property Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. Key responsibilities include assisting with tenant relations, responding to inquiries, coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and onboarding processes, and ensuring all insurance documentation is current. You will also coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and building operators, conduct regular property inspections, and prepare various reports, correspondence, and meeting notes.
The Offer

What You Bring
You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Property Administrator, showcasing exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is essential, and strong time management skills will be necessary to effectively manage complex tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with the ability to maintain positive tenant relations and oversee all aspects of property administration, will be crucial for success in this role.
