Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Upgrade Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with drive-through customers, offering vehicle appraisals for potential upgrades, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure outstanding dealership experience. You will also play a critical role in developing new business opportunities and driving vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales by reaching out to new and existing customers.

• Welcome and assist drive-through customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Perform accurate appraisals for customer trade-ins and offer upgrade options that meet their needs and preferences.

• Provide a high level of service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and contribute to the dealership's overall success.

• Through relationship development, guide customers through the sales process, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is an asset.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
