  • Manage the firm's social channels (LinkedIn and Instagram) to showcase firm culture and elevate brand awareness
  • Create and schedule content — from blogs to posts — using Canva and brand-aligned templates
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy tailored to different platforms and audiences
  • Maintain and update the firm's website
  • Lead award and ranking submissions end-to-end — with sharp attention to detail and deadlines
  • Coordinate internal firm events such as birthdays, team lunches, and Lunch & Learns
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
  • Track engagement metrics and stay current on social media algorithms, especially LinkedIn
  • Serve as a brand champion, helping associates elevate their own presence across platforms

Requirements
  • Experience in a marketing, communications, or brand coordination role
  • Skilled in Canva with a good design eye
  • Strong writing chops — you know how to write copy that actually resonates
  • Basic understanding of how LinkedIn works, including content best practices and engagement trends
  • Organized and deadline-driven
  • Comfortable using GoDaddy and WordPress (or eager to learn)
  • Naturally Type A: detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
  • Known for being a strong relationship builder and effective communicator
  • Able to manage multiple projects and hold others accountable in a professional, positive way
  • Bonus: You have a portfolio or examples of your past work (we'd love to see it!)
